My JioFiber (Registered Mobile: 9179281171, Serial number: REDHGJKQ0090958) has been down since from 9 September and remains unresolved.

- On the first visit, two local persons (not engineers) came and wasted over 2 hours without resolving anything.
- Before leaving, they misused the OTP and marked the complaint as resolved/put on hold, even though the internet was not working.
- Since then, the status keeps showing as on hold or rescheduled, with no actual resolution.
- Multiple calls to 198 have only resulted in repeated rescheduling.
- Sept 12 (2–3 pm slot): No technician arrived, no call.
- On 12th Sept, the appointment was scheduled between 6:45–7:45 PM. Nobody came. At 7:30 PM, 198 support assured me “within 15 minutes it will be resolved,” but by 9 PM still no one contacted or visited.
- Earlier, two untrained persons visited, wasted hours, misused the OTP closure system, and falsely reported “premises not accessible” even though I was present.
- I have called 198 multiple times, but every time I only get the same generic response with no action on ground.
I demand immediate action:
- Assign a qualified Jio engineer (not vendor staff).
- Provide a clear written resolution timeline.
- Take action against the vendor for false updates and OTP misuse.
- Compensation for the prolonged downtime.
