hereby file this complaint against Moon Goddess Couture for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
Facts of the Case
1. I placed orders on March 7, 2025 (Order ID: 749081) and dec1, 2025 (Order ID: 866662) with Moongoddess Couture.
2. Despite passing over 18 months, I have not received the products.
3. Multiple attempts to contact the support team have been met with automated responses.
4. A customer service representative assured dispatch within two weeks without verifying order details, which was not fulfilled.
5.After this they behave very rudely and blocked my number, i am un able to contact them now,
I request Moon Goddess Couture to:
1. Deliver the products or provide a full refund.
2. Pay compensation for mental anguish, harassment, and financial loss.
