I had topped up a total of ₹1027 in my Blinkit wallet.

Every time I try to use the wallet for transaction, it never goes through .

I have met countless failures on my purchases.

I have tried every method to contact and get this resolved but everything has failed.

I had multiple calls and assurances but over the last 2 months there has been no resolution.

This is very common issue and can be solved without filing the case before the Consumer Commission.

We recommend that you first call the BlinkIt customer care at "011-40592373" and also send an email to the customer care department of the BlinkIt (grievance.officer@blinkit.com), clearly outlining your concerns, attach images showing the expiration date of the product, mention the transection details and request to Refund the amount.
