1- I took admission in M.sc(Botany) at Pranavi Distance Education ,ijjavaram near naupada railway station ,tekkali ,Dist-srikakulam ,pin 532212 ,Andhra pradesh in 19.7.2023 which comes under Sri venkateswar univerity & paid fees of 17500.
2-After few days i contact the college for books & exam quary ..but the college staff said that university did send any notice to conduct exam .Several time they replyed same answer .
3-The college staff also told me that don't worry your admission about confirmed by university ,no where in india done the admissions last year so please don't worry may be this march 2025 .You will have the exams.
4-Finally ,i understood that the college cheat me & i complained at UGC web site .
5-After 10days they called me & asked for Digilocker Id . with Digilocker Id they created Academic block credit Id & registerd my name on university.
6-I did not agree to to them & asked for refund my money.They hold my money for 1.4 year.

Hello,

Please check your Whatsapp, we have sent you the Notice.

You need to take a print of it, sign it and send to the Pranavi Distance Education.
Apart from this, before sending the notice don't forget to scan it, and also send the notice via email.

As for Your instrution i send notice to the college .Today the college principal recieve the letter .The college Principal call me & ask ,what are the letter send to College?
 
Wait for sometime 2-3 days, if they will not reply, we will send you the case files.

The principal of the College did not recieved the notice & returned it to Indian post.They gave reason that No such person is in the adress.

The cosumner court has revert my Case due to problem in affidavit .They told me to add all the events in affidafit.

Finally consumer court accept my case & provide case No- cc/123/2024.They gave for 1st hearing date on 26th Nov.
 
I go to cosumer court (bargarh) for 1st hearing on today
. Honourable Magistrate asked me about case details .I explain all the case details respectfully.
 
On 27th Nov ..Consumer court gave me another date of hearing on 13.01.2025. Hons. Magistrate Send notice to the opposite party .
 
On 13.01.2025 Hons. Magistrate gave another date on 11.02.2025 & the opposite party did not came on 13th jan.
