Hi,

There were two auto debits in my account in beginning of this year but no resolution from Airtel even after several emails / Phones and reminders

  1. Funds were deducted from my account but credited to the wrong Airtel account no- 01204570263
  2. An excess payment was also debited from my account for the same month- 01204570263


These errors have resulted in an incorrect balance and inconvenience on my end. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing the payment records and initiating the refund for the wrongly credited amount as well as the excess deduction.
