I ordered two Titan watches, for which I had already made a pre-paid payment. When the delivery person arrived, the package felt unusually light, so I opened and checked it on the spot—only one watch was inside. I refused to accept the delivery, but the delivery person insisted I take it. I immediately called customer care, and they assured me that I would receive a refund within 24 hours. However, I still haven't received it. I have filed a complaint three times, and now they claim that the maximum number of returns has already been reached for my account, so nothing more can be done—my request will simply be rejected. What kind of scam is this? I even took a photograph with the delivery person, yet my issue is being ignored. They keep insisting that the order was "delivered," effectively implying that I am lying.??
