I am filing this complaint against The Professional Couriers for deficiency in service and non-delivery of my consignment.
I was expecting two parcels through The Professional Couriers. On 22 June 2026, at approximately 7:25 PM, I visited the concerned courier office to collect my parcels. However, I was handed only one parcel, while the other parcel bearing Consignment No. VRR 316509 was not delivered to me. Despite my enquiry, I was not provided with any satisfactory explanation regarding the whereabouts or status of the missing parcel.
When I requested clarification, the staff member present behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of assisting me, he stated words to the effect of "Do whatever you want" and directed me to contact the sender. Such conduct is unacceptable and falls below the standard of service expected from a courier company.
The non-delivery of my parcel and the discourteous behaviour of the staff have caused me inconvenience, mental distress, and loss of confidence in the service provided by the company. I possess the receipt and other records relating to the consignment. Furthermore, the Manager and staff of the Virudhunagar branch are aware of the transaction and may be able to confirm the relevant facts during any enquiry or investigation.

- Any other relief deemed fit and proper by the competent authority.
