I have ordered a chair from Flipkart, and the response I am getting from their customer care is very frustrating and unprofessional.

When the order was delivered, most of the items/parts were missing. I immediately tried to raise a return/replacement/refund request through the app/website multiple times. However, each time the request or query has been closed without any proper resolution or prior communication to me.
In addition:
This has caused significant inconvenience, as I have paid in full but still do not have a usable product and am forced to store the unopened/defective package at home.

- It has now been about a month since the original complaint.
- The box is still lying at my address and has not been picked up.
- I have not received any clear update, refund, or working replacement.
- Cases are getting auto‑closed without my consent or confirmation that the issue is resolved.
This has caused significant inconvenience, as I have paid in full but still do not have a usable product and am forced to store the unopened/defective package at home.
