Missing item but not answering in proper way

Hi, i ordered bunch of food through Zepto app, but Cavins milkshake is missing from that order. I contacted customer support, he answered that the order is delivered but it's not. I submitted proof but he is continuously saying it's delivered and not giving proper update. I contacted delivery person, he said that from store itself they didn't give that milkshake to delivery person. I informed the same but they are not ready to check with store or delivery person
