Nature of Complaint:
  • Misleading assurances of 100% visa success
  • Failure to honor refund policy stated in agreement
Description of Complaint:
I engaged Y-Axis for assistance with a Germany visa application. Their marketing team assured me of 100% success and advised that a savings account would suffice for visa approval. Based on these assurances, I proceeded with their services.

Losses Incurred:
  • ₹40,000 in interest charges for arranging funds as per their guidance
  • 4 months of time and effort
  • Emotional distress and loss of trust
Despite following their instructions, my visa application was rejected. When I requested a refund, Y-Axis refused, stating that “the final decision is up to the visa officer.”

However, Clause 5 of their agreement clearly states:
"In case of rejection by the Immigration Authorities, Y-Axis will refund the applicable amount as stated in the agreement. The refund will be made within 15–30 working days after the client fills out the Online Refund Claim Form to Y-Axis. The client has to enclose a copy of the letter of rejection from the Authority to support the Refund Claim. If a client fails to enclose a copy of the rejection letter or rejection stamp on the client’s passport, Y-Axis will not be able to give a refund."

I have the rejection letter and can provide all required documents. Despite this, Y-Axis is denying the refund, which is a clear violation of their own terms and unethical practice.

Relief Sought:
  • Immediate refund as per the agreement
  • Action against Y-Axis for misleading customers and unethical practices
