I have booked a sleeper class ticket from Gnt to secunderabad through confirmtkt app as they have promised to give confirm ticket or 3x refund by paying 129 rupees extra than normal ticket price

They have provided RAC ticket now

I have reached to customer care and stated the same they only Said RAC was not confirmed nor cancelled then in this case they have clearly mention the same in the app but they are displaying confirm or 3xrefund

Addition to that, Even after chart got prepared and ticket are not available then also they are accepting payments from the customer for the same train, they know tickets are not available and still intentionally they are doing it

I request the team to go through the issue and do needful

We have carefully reviewed your complaint against ConfirmTkt.

As per your submission, you booked a Sleeper Class train ticket from Guntur to Secunderabad through the ConfirmTkt app by paying ₹129 extra over the normal ticket price, based on their advertised promise of either a confirmed ticket or a 3x refund. However, you were provided with an RAC ticket instead of a confirmed seat. When you approached their customer care, they stated that RAC tickets are neither confirmed nor cancelled and therefore do not qualify for the 3x refund — a clause that was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, despite their advertisement prominently showing “Confirm or 3x Refund.”

You have also highlighted a broader issue that even after the chart is prepared and no tickets are available, ConfirmTkt continues to accept payments from customers for the same train, which amounts to deliberately misleading consumers and collecting money for a service they know cannot be delivered.
