Absolutely unacceptable and borderline fraudulent behavior. I placed a prepaid order (Order #187018) on 12/12/2025 based on the brand’s explicit claim that prepaid orders ship within 24 hours. Payment was taken immediately, but the order has not been shipped, there is no tracking update, and customer support has been completely unresponsive.
This is a clear case of taking money without delivering goods, especially serious because the products are food items and time-sensitive. Such practices amount to misleading customers and deficiency in service.
I have been forced to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline, and further legal action will follow if unresolved. Strongly advise others to avoid prepaid orders with this brand until they learn to honor basic delivery commitments.
I noticed that multiple customers are reporting the exact same pattern — payment collected, no dispatch, no tracking, and no response.
When a brand repeatedly accepts prepaid payments while consistently failing to ship orders, it raises serious concerns about business practices and financial accountability. This is especially alarming given that the products involved are food items, which are time-sensitive and regulated.
Such recurring behavior warrants formal investigation by consumer authorities for potential unfair trade practices and misuse of advance payments. I have escalated this matter to the National Consumer Helpline and will pursue further legal remedies if the issue remains unresolved.
Strongly advise consumers to exercise extreme caution before placing prepaid orders with this brand.
