Dear Sir,
With reference to below email I Sanjay Gupta having 2 HDFCLIFE policy
1) Sanjay Gupta Policy no 17913252 Premium Amt 3066/-
2) Nitu Gupta Policy no 17912585 Premium Amt 2044/-
At the time when your executive introduced me the said policy, he said this policy is Pension Scheme as per above attached sheet I just have to pay this policy for 10yrs of Tenure then wait for another 5yrs and later on yearly i will receive 1,53,326 yearly for Policy 17913252 & 1,02,217/- for Policy 17912585 /- will be getting per annum.
After paying premiums for 10yrs for above policies which was completed on Aug 2025. Now HDFC Life is denying for above policy by saying that they have not done any commitment like above policy is Pension policy.
For your reference have attached Tabular Format which was been shared before taking the Policy. Amount of Rs 2,55,543.00 will be paid to me once or i can choose for monthly option as well and my entire sum assurred will be safe and i wish to withdraw entire amount i will have to surrender my policy there my benefits will be stopped post surrender of my policy.
For above issue i am chasing HDFCLIFE on email since last month Sep 10/09/2026. still i haven't received any positive response from there side. They are still borrowing time for the same.
