One day at my society premises one of representative of Milkbasket company started signup process with lucrative offers after adding 500 INR to their wallet. I signed up with them on 16th feb as a subscription model to their services, its been more than 2 months and till now didn't receive any product . Everytime i raise a concern with them , they keep on giving fake promises to resolve this issue . As per my experience with them, their employee doesnt even know about their company working model. They just try to keep me engaged for long time for verification and aftersome time they keep on giving 24hr timeline to resolve issue .
Today I checked my wallet balance, to my surprise its getting drained out with small amount deduction , they failed to deliver any single product and now they are deducting my money from wallet , now my current balance is 268 . I have requested multiple times to refund my money .
I have attached recent transaction snap. All of these transactions are being made without any product delivery .
