I Ajay Katoch proprietor of Santoshi Enterprises purchased Bada dost i5 on 15feb2026. First time I switched to Ashok Leyland from Tata & Mahindra just because their sales manager assured me that we are best in mileage. He advised me that bada dost i5 will give the minimum mileage of 15 km/litre and a lot more advantages. I believed in him and purchased two vehicles at the same time at the rate of 35 lakhs. When i started to use the mileage with 2500kg load of i5 was coming 8 and 9. I contacted the service center and they advised me that it will increase after the second service. After the second service it was again giving the same mileage that is 8 or 9. I again contacted them and they checked on their own and they found that the mileage of a vehicle without any load is 11 and with load is 7. So they advised us that there is a problem and we will escalate this issue. And it's been so long nothing has been done from their end. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
