Me and my wife visited this place to experience their food and ambience. We had simple breakfast with Daal Makhni and 3 Garlic Naan.
I booked table using Zomato which offered me 10 percent discount on final bill.
After having meal there, Mike's Forest Retreat refused 10 percent discount stating that we are no longer working with Zomato.
More serious which is illegal and financial crime. Their menu have Garlic Naan priced at 140 per piece, in final bill, they charged 170 per piece stating that they are adding GST in food items. On top of that, they added 18 percent GST again on entire order value.
After coming back home, I called them and asked for clarification, they agreed that they charged it wrong and they are going to refund the difference. I have entire chat on WhatsApp and their bill as well.
They are not returning it. These guys are cheating their customers.
