Purchased a MG ZS EV Vehicle dated 10-10-2025 along with 7.4 kw Paid Charger and extra fittings.
During the delivery of the vehicle few points were noticed and duly informed to the dealer.
1.A/c (Air Conditioner) not cooling.
2.Extra Fittings paid for are not installed
3.Audio Speakers of the vehicle not working.
4.New 7.4 Kw Paid Charger installed Malfunctioning from day of installation.
Charger purchased paid for was installed 11 days later although promised within 2 days.
Installed charger was malfunctioning immediately after installation.
This is the main fuel of the vehicle.
5.Exclusive Paid Extended vehicle warranty certificate not provided till date.
6.Vehicle Battery Warranty Certificate not provided as promised.
7.invoice not provided for Vehicle Extra Fittings ,Chargers , Extended Warranty , Registration Charge etc.
Only vehicle amount invoice provided.
