Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention an incident in which I believe I have been cheated in connection with a courier rider franchise opportunity, resulting in a financial loss of ₹1,15,000.

I came across an advertisement on Facebook regarding an Easysell and Mfins courier rider franchise opportunity. I subsequently contacted Vishal Shah (7977289189), who explained the business model to me and represented that the franchise would be available based on the pincode and could be operated across India.

Office Address: T-14, 3rd Floor, Sej Plaza, Marve Road, Near, Malad West, Mumbai-400064, Maharashtra.

During our discussions, I was informed that the payment/revenue would be approximately ₹20 per delivery. Based on the information provided to me, I considered the opportunity financially viable and decided to take the franchise as my wife's name (Eesha Sharma). We agreed on a total franchise amount of ₹1,15,000 (One Lakh Fifteen Thousand Rupees).

I made the following payments:

₹5,000 as token money on 20 July 2026 through UPI.
₹1,10,000 on 27 July 2026 through my credit card using the online payment link provided to me:
Payment Link: MFINS SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is requesting payment of INR 110000 (via Cashfree).

After making the payment, an agreement was shared with me. The agreement mentioned payment of approximately ₹18–₹20 per delivery instead 20rs. However, subsequently, I was informed that the payment would instead be only ₹15 per delivery before some days.

Means they will pay me 15rs per rider and I will pay to rider 15rs and my profit will be 0.

This was a significant change from the information provided to me before I made the payment. Because of this change, I informed them that I did not wish to continue with the franchise and requested a refund of my money.

I have contacted them several times regarding the refund. However, my refund request has not been resolved. Some of the phone numbers through which I was previously communicating are now showing as switched off or are otherwise unavailable.

The people with whom I communicated include:

Vishal Shah – 7977289189 ( vishal@easysell.org.in )
Priyanka – 8425825285
Aniket – 7506867348
Sapna – 8108966171 ( sapnakushwahamfins@gmail.com )
Anjana Prajapati - 9619651515 ( opsserve2021@gmail.com )

Later, I received communication from Sapna – 9930450473. I discussed the matter with her multiple times and clearly informed her that, due to the change in the proposed payment terms and the circumstances described above, I did not wish to continue with the franchise and wanted my money refunded. She informed me that she would discuss the matter with management.

I have also sent emails requesting a refund but they are asking for deductions. means they are deducting money for cheating people.

I come from a middle-class family, and ₹1,15,000 is a significant amount for me. I am facing difficulty bearing this financial loss and therefore request your assistance in resolving this matter.

Please register the complaint and help us to get our amount as soon as possible, they are cheating people all over india.
I am attaching the available supporting documents, including the franchise agreement. I am willing to provide any additional information or documents required for the investigation.

I have sent mail to malad police station and comissionor of police.
Kindly do the needful and oblige

Thanks And Regards
