I wish to file a complaint against Meesho and its logistics partner, Valmo Courier, regarding nine (9) orders that were falsely marked as "Delivered" on 15 June, despite never being delivered to me.

All nine orders were shown as delivered on the same date by Valmo Courier. However, neither I nor any member of my household received any of these packages. No delivery agent contacted me, no OTP was requested, and no proof of delivery was provided.

I have verified with family members, neighbors, and security personnel, and none of the packages were received. Additionally, my residence is equipped with CCTV cameras covering both the main entrance gate and the staircase leading to my residence. The footage clearly shows that no delivery agent visited my premises and no delivery attempt was made on the date the orders were allegedly delivered. I am willing to provide the CCTV footage as evidence.

I made several attempts to resolve the matter directly with Meesho. The chat support failed to provide any meaningful assistance or human response. I also contacted customer care on three separate occasions. On each occasion, I was informed that there was a "technical issue" and no resolution was provided. I have call logs and records of these interactions and can furnish them as supporting evidence.

The fact that all nine orders were marked as delivered on the same day by the same courier partner strongly suggests either gross negligence or false delivery reporting. Despite repeated follow-ups, Meesho has failed to investigate the matter adequately or provide proof of delivery.

I therefore request the Consumer Forum to direct Meesho and Valmo Courier to:

  1. Provide valid proof of delivery for all nine orders, including delivery photographs, GPS coordinates, delivery timestamps, recipient details, and delivery agent information; or
  2. Issue a full refund or replacement for all undelivered orders;
  3. Compensate me for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and time spent pursuing resolution of this matter;
  4. Investigate the conduct of the courier partner and prevent similar incidents from affecting other consumers.
I am attaching copies of the order details, delivery status screenshots, correspondence records, call logs, and any other supporting evidence available.

I request urgent intervention and appropriate relief under the Consumer Protection Act.
