I would like to lodge a formal complaint against a mattress company for its failure to process my return request despite repeated follow-ups.
The mattress delivered to me was not as expected and did not meet the specifications based on which I made the purchase. Therefore, I requested a return of the product. Over the past 18 days, I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls to the company’s customer service department regarding this issue.
The company requested certain documents and photographs, including images showing the mattress dimensions and other details. I promptly provided all the required information and complied with every instruction given by the company. However, despite fulfilling all requirements, no proper action has been taken to arrange the return or provide a satisfactory resolution.
The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. My emails have largely gone unanswered, and my repeated follow-ups have not resulted in any meaningful progress. Such treatment is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
I respectfully request your intervention in this matter and ask that appropriate action be taken to ensure that the company processes the return of the product and addresses this complaint fairly and promptly.
I am prepared to provide copies of all emails, photographs, call records, order details, and other supporting documents for your review.
