Material booked through Porter App -Driver not reached to destination and mobile is switched off

Sir/madam,

On 06-09-2025, I Virender Kumar booked a Tata Ace DL-01LAL-4436 through Porter app driver name Bittu Kumar loan the material approx 10:30am but after 12:30pm the driver mobile phone got switched off and after that it remains same. We made complaint of the incident to the Porter customer care but they are not giving any satisfactory reply now it is 3rd day of the incident and we don't have single information about the material we sent through porter.
