Dear team,
I was puchased one marq ac 1ton through flipkart with order ID : OD337283514915353100 and same was delivered on 13.04.2026. On the same day I received the message for installation which will happen on 14.04.2026. But installation not happened on 14th and at 9.00PM on 14th i received a call from technician (Jeeves) and he told that he will come on next day (15th) for installation. Also on 15th he didn't came for installation and without my knowledge technician had rescheduled the installation to 18th. I wiat till 6.30PM on 18th for installation but no one came for installation. So i raised the request for return the product and to refund my amount. As per my request flipkart team raised the request for return but they are not approved the return till 23rd. Again I contacted the flipkart team and escalated the issue regarding the pending for pick up. As per them they required uninstallation, since the product is not installed the uninstallation not process not required and i raise the escalation regarding the same from 19th to 23rd April. But they didn't take any steps to resolve my issue. The product is packed and still lying for more than 10 days from the delivery date. I request you please look into the issue in deep and help me to obtain my money back. Order details and invoice attached for your reference
