I am in receipt of reply regarding my Marg ERP Counter Version (License No. 1777815). I must state clearly that when I purchased this software, it was sold to me under the condition that no AMC would be required. I lawfully purchased the counter version, making me the rightful owner of the software for my use, with all original features intact.
Your new company policy cannot retroactively bind me, as the terms applicable are those in force at the time of purchase. Imposing AMC charges now amounts to unilateral alteration of contract terms, which is neither fair nor legally enforceable.
I therefore demand immediate restoration of my software without AMC requirements and a written assurance that it will not be locked again. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to initiate legal proceedings to protect my rights and seek compensation for the financial and business losses already incurred.
