My sister- Mohini Singh ,purchased an Ola S1 X+ under Order ID: OET-400414321200526-KZB680, pursuant to Invoice No. OR35192433 dated 19 June 2026. The full payment of ₹1,40,000/- was duly completed, and the vehicle was officially registered with the RTO under Registration No. OD01BH9033 on 27 June 2026.
Despite completing all formalities, including full advance payment and RTO registration over two months ago, Ola Electric has completely failed to deliver the scooter. Multiple follow-ups, emails, and customer care tickets have yielded only automated, generic responses and false delivery commitments with zero ground resolution.
Key issues faced:
Unreasonable Delay: The vehicle stands registered in government records since June 2026, meaning insurance validity and warranty tenure are ticking away without physical possession of the vehicle.
Deficiency in Service & Unfair Trade Practice: Withholding delivery of a fully paid and registered vehicle amounts to gross negligence and harassment of the consumer.
Lack of Accountability: No representative from the local experience center or central support has provided a verified location of the vehicle or a binding delivery timeline.
Relief Demanded:
Immediate delivery of the vehicle in brand-new, defect-free condition without any further delay.
Extension of warranty and insurance cover corresponding to the delay period from the registration date to the actual date of delivery.
Adequate compensation for the mental agony, severe inconvenience, and travel expenses incurred due to this prolonged delay.
If the company fails to resolve this immediately, we will be compelled to pursue legal remedies before the appropriate District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
