I booked flight from vienna to venice and venice to vienna. I paid 70k each side for four of us. Our flights were cancelled due to operational reasons
When I requested for refund k got 2k for venice to vienna flight. And the other flight there is no response it's been a month. There is no response.
MMT should have some shame while issuing this much refund.
If I didn't get refund, I m going to file a complaint against all these mmt people.
Enough of these people.
They took money from us and didn't even bother to contact the airlines. And issuing such small amount compared to what I have paid
