I have a return flight from London to Bangalore. I have completed the onward journey and my return is scheduled for 24th December.
I need to change my return dates but MakeMyTrip is not letting me amend the ticket. Airline says they haven’t blocked the amendments while malemytrip customer care attended my call once and said the airline has blocked amendments.
Since then their IVR drops my calls. There is no official email or alternate way to communicate with them. And impossible to use an alternate number to access my booking.
I have lost a lot of money making international roaming call from my uk number. Also I am not able to change my ticket either which is crucial and I’m losing time.
 
I had booked flight tickets from pune to delhi on 3rd january for 3 persons, but I want to cancel one passenger. while cancelling on website. it shows technical issue many times. I have called up on their customer support number 0124-4628747 live person to contact is not available. There is no any other official way to communicate.

While my daughter (minor) and wife were staying at hotel Coral Beach Resort in Oct 4-8,2025 a very grave incident happened at the hotel on the 3rd night at 1am in the night when a stranger entered the room of these two ladies. Upon immediate information Make My Trip knowing the fact just returned one day hotel fare only. My wife and daughter had to leave the hotel instantly next day. No alternate accommodation nor proper protection were arranged by Make My Trip for the distressed ladies. Both the two ladies had to leave Mahabalipuram to Chennai in fear and distress.
Make my trip support team initially told they will return one day hotel fare and Rs 4000/- voucher then they told one day hotel fare and also Rs 7000/- voucher and finally one day fare and Rs.10000/- voucher. Finally we received the hotel fare of one day but no voucher of Rs. 10000/- is provided to us.
Already 3 reminders has been served to Make My Trip and now we want to go to consumer forum for legal action.
