Hi Team,
I booked flight with Emirates on 7th October from DXB-DEL using MakeMyTrip. When my Parent Age 69 Male and Age 55 Female reached airport the Emirates Airlines said the provided ticket is invalid. I have attached the invoice and ticket. When we reached Emirates Airlines they said there is no such valid PNR.
It took us 6 hours to reach Makemytrip and they were claiming the provided ticket is valid and claiming there is no issue from their side. After asking and pressuring them they said there was issue and you can submit claim for refund. The important part is our old parents have to suffer at the airport for almost 9 hours and its humiliation that we went with fake ticket.
Still there is no responsibility by MakeMyTrip or any email to claim they provided fake ticket.
What kind of fraud these companies are doing without any responsibility.
