On 16th of January 2025 I had made a booking of travelling from Siliguri to Kolkata through Pammi Travels. I had paid an amount of Rs 1577 to Pammi Travels through phonepe. I had received a text on 20th January at around 11pm that our bus has been cancelled. On calling the bus operator named Nikesh Choudhary he stared abusing and yelling at us. He stared threating us by saying "phone pe ghus ke maarenge". Me being a girl I definitely got scared by this statement. He definitely should get punished firstly for harassing us and secondly for this inhuman behavior which he did with his passenger.
