  • They understood that you wanted cancellation/refund.
  • Their stated 28–36 working day processing period would be completed on 7 September 2026.
  • Product was allegedly expected from their international seller.
  • They requested you to wait until that date.
  • They stated that cancellation would be refunded as Mainstreet store credit rather than to the original payment method.

You again contacted Mainstreet asking for an update.

No response received.

We have carefully reviewed your complaint against The Mainstreet Marketplace (Marcadona Fashion Media Pvt. Ltd.), Bandra West, Mumbai.

As per your submission, on July 18, 2026 you placed an order (No. MS125925) for a Google Fitbit Air Classic – Obsidian (Total: ₹13,998) and paid an advance of ₹3,249. The order page stated a shipping timeline of 28–36 days. When no dispatch occurred within this period, you formally requested cancellation and a refund on August 14, 2026. Mainstreet acknowledged your request but asked you to wait until September 7, 2026, adding that any refund would be issued as store credit rather than to your original payment method — a condition you did not agree to. When you followed up again on September 5 and 6, 2026, you received no response whatsoever.
