I lost Rs.121000 in hdfc tata neo credit card fraud call. Person from HDFC called me to remove card fees and diverted all otp, sms to mobile number 6387917565. HDFC want money with interest and delayed payment charges. Nothing will happen as cyber police and bank are not doing any investigation. We have no choice but to see how frauds are taking place. Hopeless banking and customers.
