I ordered live fish from Chennai and they courier it on 06/08/2026. On 8th August when I check the tracking it's showing Trivandrum. After that I didn't get the courier or any related calls. On 11/08/2026 when I call Trivandrum office they said they transferred it to Attingal. When I contact Attingal they are saying some stupid excuses and they suddenly transfer the box to Varkala. When I get the box from Varkala professional courier office, the box itself is damaged and turned. Afterall the live fishes were dead and decayed. It consists of microworms from the decayed fish. It almost spreads a fowl smell. The product costs 1200 and they courier charge is 235. I just need the entire amount.Its not only about money it's about life.
