That the sneakers were dispatched through India Post approximately 5 months ago. That after delivery, I contacted their team, and their staff member named Manushree confirmed through chats that they had received my sneakers. That I possess all relevant evidence, including: Chat conversations confirming receipt Photos of the sneakers Proof of dispatch via India Post That after several months, when I followed up regarding the sale/payment, another staff member named Vedansh started responding and denied receiving the sneakers. That the Opposite Party has been misleading and harassing me for the past 2 months by giving false and contradictory statements. 2. Deficiency in Service & Unfair Trade Practice: The Opposite Party has shown gross negligence in handling my product. There is clear deficiency in service as defined under the Consumer Protection Act. Their actions amount to unfair trade practice, as they first confirmed receipt and later denied it. The conduct has caused me mental harassment, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. 3. Cause of Action: The cause of action arose when: My sneakers were received and acknowledged by their team, and Later denied without justification, despite proof. The issue is ongoing as the Opposite Party has failed to resolve the matter. 4. Relief Sought: I humbly request this Hon’ble Commission to: Direct the Opposite Party to: Either return my sneakers immediately, OR Pay the full market value of the sneakers Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience Direct payment of litigation costs Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice 5. I, the complainant, respectfully submit this complaint against the Opposite Party on the following grounds:




1. Facts of the Case:


  1. That I had sent a pair of sneakers to the Opposite Party, Mainstreet Marketplace, for selling through their thrift platform.
  2. That the sneakers were dispatched through India Post approximately 5 months ago.
  3. That after delivery, I contacted their team, and their staff member named Manushree confirmed through chats that they had received my sneakers.

    • Photos of the sneakers
    • Proof of dispatch via India Post
  5. That after several months, when I followed up regarding the sale/payment, another staff member named Vedansh started responding and denied receiving the sneakers.
