Sir this is I am writing to you for your consideration. I have raised service request with ref no 20032649402222 on 20 Mar 26 for changing indoor cooling coil. I have purchased my invertor split ac on 09 Sep 2017 (bill attached) and registered my ac through my lloyd app and got 5 yr extended warranty on components (mail attached) total 10 yrs, but now service representative told me that it would cost Rs 10860 for cooling coil and 3800 for gas filling which it very much more than rate showed on your website Rs 2200( screenshot attached). I have given 7000 in advance for said work. Technician told me that the part will come in 3 to 4 days. Now it's 10 April 26 I have not got any service. I have called and mailed company several time but they every time they say your request has been escalated but nothing has been happening on ground. Now neither technician company Vinay and company nor Area service manager picking my call. Now after continuing and frustrating attempts of pursuing the company, consumer court is only option left with me. Also I want to draw your attention toward on 07 Apr 2020 when I raised SR 0704204875030 for gas leak and ac showing U5, it was rectified and again on 03 May 20 gas leaked. I again raised SR 0305204901768 but it was cancelled so i have to again raise SR 1405204945426 for leakage this was the time my whole indoor unit was taken from my house by Mr Uma Shankar Verma saying they will replace it and and about waiting for more than 10 days they have given me an repaired indoor coil saying please bear with us as the new coil comes they will replace my one with new one. But till now it am waiting and lose faith on company. Since then every year this coil leaks costing 5 to 6k. I have again raised SR 07042649971001 on 07 Apr 26 and 10042650052362 on 10Apr26 hoping company will take some action but nil done. Please help me, i want promised warranty and free of cost service
