We purchased two air conditioners from Lloyd (our so-called interior designer, Sushil Teodia), and we received the worst product. Since day one, we've informed customer service that our air conditioner isn't working. They've come to check it and assured us that everything is fine. Winter arrived, and the AC was not in use, so when summer arrived, we turned on the AC, but it kept tripping, and cooling was zero, so we decided to call for service and have it fixed, but when they arrived, they informed us that the pipe had a hole and that we needed to repair it before filling the gas. I had to put in an additional Rs 4500 for this. So the AC had a problem from the start, but these people kept playing and fooling us. The warranty is a sham, so I would never recommend purchasing this AC.
