I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the extreme delay in the project handover as well as the extreme delay to the customer queries.
Project Details:
Customer Name: Anisha Bhatnagar
Project ID: 3887096
Location: Runwal Forests, Kanjur Marg (west)
Date of Agreement: 30-Sep-25
Amount Paid: ~19 lakhs
Despite repeated follow-ups, the project was not completed within the committed timeline (1.5 month delay).
Subsequent to the handover (that too with pending works) on 30th April , I was supposed to get delay compensation as per their company policy.
However till date I have not received even the correct calculation for refund. The number of days for project handover (with no pending works) as per the commitment by livspace , was 75 days. However for delay compensation calculations, they have considered 90 days and also a grace period of 15 days over and above that.
As on date the project remains incomplete with no delay compensation provided to us.
In addition, I have experienced poor communication and inadequate response from their team regarding project status and resolution.
We as a customer has been mentally affected because of the poor response and no resolution and our money being stuck with them.
We have raised complaints on all the possible forums. But got to response from anywhere.
They just keep tossing the customer between their multiple departments.
