I have been RO subscriber with RO for 3 years, but recently there service was bad so i didnt proceed to recharge my Livpure subscription. However on March 12 due to continuous calls and promises from Livpure i recharged the subscription for six months with a promise of resolution tothe RO machine in 24 to 48 hours. However no resolution was there and not even visit by technician for 14 days inspite of multiple calls from my side.

Hence i asked for a cancellation and i sent a email saying that i want refund of my subscription which i paid on March 12 plus my advance for the machine. I got a email on Mar 23 saying my cancellation request was approved. But I only got the advance refunded and now the customer care people are saying they cant refund the subscription.

They are not even ready to send back the machine since i have active subscription, I felt like i was being cheated. I expect remedy and compensation for this
