I have taken rental water purifier subscription from Livpure. The machine has defects and water output is not coming from 6-June-2026, I have raised online complaint number with them. complaint number-TS-26050709044724

After this I have followed multiple times to their customer service center and also have written multiple emails to resolve issue.

However there is always a false promise and no technician visited and corrected. Now that it's been 20+ days and lost hope that they would fix any time. Requested for cancellation in email with the confirmation to refund subscription amount and also refundable deposit taken, they keep on postponing this just claiming false calls to my number and mentioning we are asking to maintain their product.
