I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the delay in servicing my Livpure Chimney, which I purchased via Amazon on February 10, 2026.
I raised a formal service request on May 1, 2026, due to the chimney motor becoming significantly slow and losing suction power. Although a technician visited my residence shortly after the complaint was lodged, he confirmed that the motor is defective and requires a full replacement.
It has now been over a week since the diagnosis, and I have received no further communication or progress regarding the part replacement. As the product is well within the warranty period, this delay is unacceptable.
