Hi Team,
I have been a subscriber of Livpure Smart for 2 years (Registered ID: 9538937270. For the last 3 months, the machine has had issues, and for the last 30 days, no technician has visited despite multiple requests. Since Livpure failed to provide the service, I initiated a cancellation. Livpure is processing the cancellation but refusing to refund my advance recharge amount worth 2 months. This constitutes an Unfair Trade Practice under the Consumer Protection Act. I demand a full refund of my security deposit AND a pro-rata refund for the 2 months of unused advance recharge.
