Not getting service from livpure water purifier .my complaint is pending from last 1m 3d . Any concern person not taking my complaint seriously. I had called customer care 50to 60 call but there's no proper response. They gave me area coordinator no. He is not taking my calls.i had texted him my concern but there is no response from him. Customer care gave me their area manager's no Mr Chandrashekhar he took my call but he also failed to resolve my ro problem. Mr Chandrashekhar pickup my call afer 20 days he told service center in my city is closed. He will arrange technician. He arrange technician after 23 days of my complaint. technician visited my home he told me Ro membrane is faulty and he has ordered it to company. But it is 13 days from his visit my problem is not solved. Total 1m3d gone .
