I placed an order on 17th June 2026 and its 23rd June today yet to be dispatched. I am leaving my current address within 2 nights which is why after reading their terms of service (which mentioned no return is accepted once product is dispatched) I decided to cancel this order.
They don’t have any number or email id through which I can follow up with them other than their AI whatsapp chatbot.
I have been trying to get a response feom them since 2 days and theres no reply or response at all!!!
I have been going through other complaints about them on several sites and now I am scared that maybe my money is loat in vain.
I would really like to get some help asap
