I placed this prepaid order and realized almost immediately that I had accidentally selected the wrong delivery address. Within minutes of placing the order, I contacted your support team and requested cancellation.
Initially, I received a few replies and was redirected to WhatsApp support, but after that, no one responded further despite my repeated messages. It is very disappointing that such a simple issue has been ignored.
My request is not regarding an exchange, return, or any complicated matter. I simply requested the cancellation of my prepaid order shortly after placing it due to an accidental address selection. I contacted support as soon as possible, yet I have received no proper assistance.
The lack of response and poor customer service are causing unnecessary inconvenience. I request that my order be cancelled and my refund processed at the earliest.
