I ordered 2 items from Littlebox India and faced multiple issues:
- The order was significantly delayed and was ultimately marked as undelivered/cancelled.
- Despite ordering 2 items, I have received a refund for only 1 item.
- The refund amount received is also incorrect. The order value was approximately ₹2,093.04, but I received only ₹1,452.64, leaving an unexplained balance unpaid.
- I have repeatedly tried to contact Littlebox India through their customer support channels, but I have received no response or resolution.
- Due to the company’s negligence, I have suffered inconvenience, loss of money, and unnecessary delay.
I request that Littlebox India:
- Provide the remaining refund amount immediately.
- Clarify why only one item’s refund was processed.
- Compensate for the delay and poor customer service.
- Provide a written explanation regarding the undelivered order and refund discrepancy
