i ordered a pair of boots - on march 1 2025 - they were not at all the same as the photo - i got to return it and got a voucher for the amount of boots - i ordered a pair of shoes - they did not reach me - i have no idea where it is - the tracking link says it has been returned to the sender - i raised a ticket on the website - no response- i sent multiple messages on whatsapp - no response - i messaged everywhere i can - no response - i have spent ₹1800 and there’s no product or money at all. Their website says I have gotten a refund ? How ? When I used a voucher to pay for it. There have been no details on any refund communicated to me on my registered email or phone number with this brand. I have no idea where either my money or the product is and this entire experience has caused me immense anxiety.
