I recently purchased a blazer from your website. At the time of purchase, the product clearly mentioned a 7-day "No Questions Asked" return policy. Based on this information, I placed my order.

However, when I tried to initiate the return within the eligible return period, I received a message stating that the item cannot be returned because it is on sale. This condition was not clearly displayed or communicated during the purchase process. Had I been informed that sale items were non-returnable, I would have made my purchase decision accordingly.

I request you to kindly look into this issue and initiate the return process as per the 7-day return policy that was displayed at the time of purchase. I believe customers should not be denied a return based on terms that were not made clear before the purchase.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest and let me know the next steps for returning the product.

I tried to send a text from everywhere, but they have blocked it so that the customer can't connect also in website while clicking to support the homepage opens. How should a person coordinate for such an issue
