I placed an order with Littlebox India under their Buy 1 Get 1 promotional offer. The total order value was approximately ₹5,000.
After receiving the products, I found that multiple items did not fit correctly. The products remain completely unused and all original tags are intact.
I contacted the company through WhatsApp support and Instagram direct messages requesting assistance. I requested:
size exchange,
store credit,
and even offered to return the products without any compensation.
However, the company refused all forms of assistance stating that B1G1 orders are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Additionally, the support email addresses publicly associated with the company appear to be unreachable/non-functional, making it difficult to access proper customer support.
Please note that the reason for refusing return/exchange is that the items were purchased under B1G1 offer. However when placing the order it was clearly mentioned that the items are not individually returnable or exchangeable. And I'm not returning individual items. So the condition is not valid.
I am not attempting to misuse the promotional offer. I contacted the company immediately after delivery and requested only a reasonable resolution for unused products.
I request intervention for a fair resolution in this matter.
