I placed the order on Lenskart by visiting the store on April 29th. They told me that both products would be delivered by May 4th-6th. One of them was delivered within that timeframe, but the other was delayed. The next delivery date given was the 8th, then it was delayed again, and the next date given was the 14th. I called Lenskart, and they assured me it would be dispatched by May 13th and surely delivered by the 14th. They confirmed this on the call and sent me an email as well. Now it has again been delayed to the 20th. This has caused serious commitment issues, and the person for whom the product was ordered has been without glasses for the last two weeks, which has caused headaches, eye issues, and many other problems. I want Lenskart to compensate me for all this and refund me for the whole order.
