I placed a prepaid order for sunglasses from
Lenskart, which was supposed to be delivered
by 9th October 2025. However, today is 11th
October 2025, and the order has still not been
delivered.
I contacted customer support and requested to cancel the order and issue a refund, but they are not processing the cancellation or refund.
This delay and lack of response are causing inconvenience. I request immediate order cancellation and refund of my prepaid
amount.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Lenskart (Customergrievances@lenskart.in), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

This step not only gives the Lenskart a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
