I have purchased a Monitor on 1st Aug in Flipkart, initially the screen was going off sometimes and within a day use it started flickering continuously and Audio speaker is not working. I have raised this concern with Flipkart, they told to reach out to Lenovo Brand service. But the Brand stores were denied to lookup on the issue. In this process, 3-4days got wasted to communicate between Flipkart & Lenovo stores to address the issue with right Team Mail Id.

After all these efforts, I have mailed to Lenovo service on 8th Aug. yesterday I got a mail that they have forwarded the details to concern team will contact me. But I didn’t receive any call from Lenovo service centre till today evening.

Being a software employee, it is affecting my daily work. For better vision I have purchased this Monitor but received a Defect product from Flipkart.
Just before also I contacted Flipkart, they are telling like Waiting time period is 10-14days to solve the issue.
But I have a vision discomfort to work in Smaller screens that’s why I have purchased this Monitor.

Very bad Service from Flipkart, they are trying to escape from this situation by diverting it with a Name Lenovo Brand service. Lenovo is not responding for the purchases from Flipkart.

I have asked for service from last week but after seeing multiples issues in this monitor by flickering the screen and going off continuously, I don’t want this defect piece to be repaired to use, I need a replacement product as I have purchased it in Offer time.

Please help to look on my issue.

I do not dare to use this defect product, as the screen is flickering continuously and going off completely. Monitor has only 2 features Display & Audio. For this product It requires repair for both screen & Speaker.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to Lenovo customer care (customercare@lenovo.com), clearly outlining your concerns, attach images and other documents and requesting to repair or replace the screen.

Please wait for a reasonable time for their response. If they do not respond or fail to resolve the matter satisfactorily, feel free to reach out to us again. When you do, kindly include a copy of your email to them and any response (if received), so we can guide you on the next steps.

Please find the below update on my concern.

Issue is with Flipkart, they did not mentioned the Serial number of the product in the shared Invoice copy. That is the reason Lenovo team is not able to proceed further with return process even though they certified it is a defective piece.
According to them, it should match the number on Monitor, Box package & Invoice all the three should have serial number.
Because if this reason, Lenovo team denied the service to proceed further and then I reached Flipkart through a mail stating everything and attached all the 3 images on 16th Aug. But still they are not able to provide me the right invoice till today, it’s been a week almost. Just few minutes ago also I had a call with Flipkart, they are extending the estimated dates from 21st to 24th Aug and now they told 27th Aug. Why do I need to wait these many days to get corrected with a document copy of invoice from Flipkart.
Now also I’m on call and asked them to connect with senior manager but they kept call on hold for 20mins and still no response from them.

I’m attaching the mail snapshots and on call duration screenshot.

It is clearly showing that they might be selling some scrap or defect items and not the original products from the Brand.
If it is original product from Lenovo brand then what is hurdle to updated the invoice with the right serial number and send it to me.

It looks they are selling duplicate products by using brand names.

Please help to take action, my daily office work is impacting a lot without a monitor I’m facing vision issues.
