Formal Consumer Complaint Against Flipkart & Jeeves for Deficiency of Service under Protection Plan

I, Wajid Khan, am filing this formal complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against Flipkart online shopping. and its service partner Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd. for gross deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

Grievance
1. Despite repeated follow-ups through Jeeves helpline, Flipkart support, and email reminders, no technician has visited or even contacted me for service.
2. On 15-Sep-2025, I sent an escalation email to Flipkart’s grievance officer, but till 29-Sep-2025, there has been no resolution.
3. This continued delay clearly amounts to deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair trade practice, in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Relief Sought
I humbly request the Hon’ble Commission to:
1. Direct Flipkart & Jeeves to immediately resolve my claim under the protection plan (repair/replacement of the laptop).
2. Award suitable compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and time lost due to deliberate delay.
3. Impose penalty on the opposite parties to ensure accountability and prevent recurrence of such malpractice.
